The massage was as advertised, however the business wasn’t able to honour a “special” they had organised on the day for the same treatment at a cheaper price as I had booked through bookwell. This tainted the experience

Although my foot massage was fine, the body massage was horrible! It was inconsistent, lazy and unprofessional. Staff phones kept buzzing, and they kept shouting across the curtain. Not to mention location being right next to the entrance of the shopping centre, so all you hear is shopping trolleys bumping the escalators. Definitely regret choosing this massage parlour.
