Staff were firm that you CAN'T book and pay online, only relented after making me stand there as they called their boss. They were rude, tried to only give me half of the service I ordered and paid for - had to argue with five different people before they gave in. And their grasp of english is not passable.

My 30 minute hot stone massage was excellent - enjoyed every minute & will return. The only downfall was they weren't aware of my online booking at 11am and were confused at the 30 minute as they advertise min 45 minutes at the location. When leaving I was also asked for payment which i made online, they didn't know this could happen either so i had to show my bank statement and they had to make a phone call to confirm they received payment. Other than these issues I will return as the massage was great and I felt so relaxed!

My partner and I experienced a full body massage by the ladies at Hollistic Massage. We were pretty impressed. They found ever tight area, and we are feeling sore but relieved! Definitely worth the money!! Thank you. We will be back!

Turned up early for appointment. Sat waiting for a few minutes only to be told the person doing acupuncture was not there and was not answering their phone. No offer to reschedule or anything. Poor service and will not be wasting my time again
