One Asian man running the salon. Runs between clients, so it takes longer to get your hair done. I went a few times as it was one block from my house.. but you never know what you’re going to get! Inconsistent :(

Dreadful! :( My hair has been damaged and it cost me $$$ to get it to even okay. I went for foils two times and liked colour but he runs back and forth to his other clients which can mean it takes longer. It’s just the one Asian guy running place. The next time I visited, I was disappointed he hardly put any foils in my hair, including hardly any in the front, so I looked like I hadn’t even had them done. Next time he seemed moody and same kind of no care foiling done. I decided to give him one last chance, and I went and wanted my foils done and also my undercut I was growing out which was about 2 inches long, I paid an extra $100 to have blonded. I was at the salon for approx 5hrs! He put my foils in and then kept apply bleach to my undercut regrowth. He left my foils on way longer than normal. My hair was so white and damaged. He said this colour suits your white skin. And then I never complain so I said oh the underneath has big yellow patches, can we fix it with a toner or something? He told me I could do it at home with a toner. He then laughed and said you’ll probably go shave it off. This is exactly what I had to pay another hairdresser to do as it was so bad. I wish I could add a photo here. I looked like Billy Idol. He took my $250 and didn’t even discount for what he’d done, which was clearly bad even to him. He didn’t do the normal show me my hair in the mirror. And he’s one of these salons that won’t dry your hair off without you asking and paying extra. I had to go to another hairdresser and unfortunately have months of regrowing wasted and have the undercut shaved off again. So frustrating. And I had to have a toner and treatment put through my hair to have it look even half decent. My hair is damaged now. I don’t know how long until I’ll get it back to normal. :(
