Targeted and effective massage using the influences of acupressure, for muscle dysfunction (often identified by weakness or lack of limb control), tiredness, persistent aches or mal-adjustments of the skeletal system. Trigger point therapies can assist with fibromyalgia, chronic pain syndrome, chronic or recurring headaches and other persistent, chronic and accumulated ailments.

A 55 minute Counselling is usually a follow-up or maintenance appointment rather than a first visit, although you are welcome to use it as an introduction.
