Tui na is thought to aid stimulation through the flow of vital energy (Qi) within your body. According to the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, health problems occur when the flow of chi is blocked at any point along a meridian channel. Tui Na consultations are for a duration of 45 minutes.

We allow around 20 minutes to review your health ambitions and case history in detail, and once we have a clear understanding on the diagnosis, we can set in motion a treatment plan which can cater to you with care for the duration of your consultation with acupuncture. You will receive a post treatment letter, where we will outline specific diet and lifestyle advice to ensure you can start to support your own unique self outside of our four walls. Initial consultations are for a duration of 1 hour.

Throughout each of the subsequent consultation we will address and review your health goals. Throughout the start of the consultation, we will invest some time reviewing your progress and address any queries or questions you may have about your treatment plan and progress. We then spend the duration of your consultation treating you with acupuncture. Follow up consultation are for a duration of 45 minutes.

We continue your health journey at each follow up appointment. We will spend time discussing your progress and answer any questions you may have about your treatment plan and progress. We then spend the duration of your consultation treating you with acupuncture. Follow up consultation are for a duration of 45 minutes.

Because it takes two to make a baby, we offer an initial couples consultation where we will sit and discuss both you and your partners health and health goals and form a treatment plan for you both. There is no treatment during this consultation and individual follow up treatments are recommended. Couples consultation are for a duration of 1 hour.
