Judy is very friendly and polite, but they didn't have the appointment from bookwell so It took a while before the service started. When she did start it looked like whe was doing it all in a rush. The color is nice but the finishing is quite poor. A lot of small bits of the nails were left uncovered by the shellac and some covered parts have shellac clogs. There was still shellac left on my skin around the nails when she sent me away.
