Colonic hydrotherapy involves the safe, gentle infusion of filtered water into the colon via the rectum. When the water is released it carries with it waste matter, toxins, and trapped gases that have built up in the large intestines over days, weeks, even years. A colonic cleanse in this way helps to remove impacted waste (faeces), indigestible toxins, bad bacteria and excess mucous from the colon. These unwelcome guests in our colon can cause illness and disease.

Acupuncture treatment involves the insertion of fine, sterile needles into specific sites (acupuncture points) along the body’s meridians to clear energy blockages and encourage the normal flow of Qi through the individual. The practitioner may also stimulate the acupuncture points using other methods, including moxibustion, cupping, laser therapy, electro-stimulation and massage, in order to re-establish the flow of Qi.

Mindfulness meditation is a process of discovering how to accept each moment as it arises, being with ourselves and getting comfortable with what we find. Meditation can be described as the process of ceasing disruptions in the mind. Learning Mindfulness skills helps people address the underlying processes we use to perceive, understand and react to our experience of the world. As we become more mindful in daily life we change the way we approach, think and feel about challenging situations we see new solutions and opportunities.
