The Breve session will provide you with 20 minutes of being in the sauna and 5 minutes each for preparing. If this is your first time using a sauna, this session is for you! Well, the Mezzo Session allows for the best sauna experience as it allows you sweat to your heart's content in the 'just right' amount of time! Most brave Breve session users upgrade themselves to Mezzo to maximise their detoxification and relaxation without having to take breaks in between (which is recommended for the 1-hr Lungo session). Our 1hr Lungo session is most suitable for the seasoned sauna user. If this is your first session, we recommend that you choose a Breve (30minute) or Mezzo(45minute) session to begin. Break Up The Hour: The seasoned sauna user will know that breaks should be taken during the 1 hour session to maximise the effect of detoxification and relaxation. This challenges the body to adapt and acclimatise to differing temperatures over short periods. Our sauna can fit 2 people in one session so couples, BFFs and gym partners can share a session. If this is your first visit for massage please select Massage Initial (60 Mins). This is an express treatment for those who are short on time and want their massage treatment to be focused on one specific area. 30 minutes allows enough time to measure your progress since your last visit and 20-25 minutes of hands on treatment. As everybody is different, treatments are tailored accordingly as determined by your therapist. Pressure of massages will vary respectively, according to each client’s tolerance. As everybody experiences pain differently, remedial massage is specifically tailored according to individual preferences with a “not-too-hard, not-too-soft, but just right” approach. If this is your first massage at Point Cook Chiropractic, a 60-minute appointment allows enough time to perform a thorough assessment, provide the massage and advise you of an appropriate treatment plan moving forward. A form will need to be filled out prior to your treatment, so we advise that you arrive 10 minutes before your session.
