Zen Oriental Holistic Health - Cranbourne

My massage was absolutely amazing however my experience at the end was quite stressful. I made full payment when I made the booking via Bookwell of $70 and it came out of my account. I was told by staff that they have no confirmation of payment which I was shocked by. I sent them an email while I was there of the receipt I received along with a screen shot of my email confirmation, message confirmation AND online form also. They tried contacting their boss via phone call to confirm as she was the only staff member with access into the Bookwell account. They could not get onto her so I suggested taking a photo of my drivers license and note my mobile number down so I could leave and if for whatever reason there was an issue, they had my details. I was then told by the lady who massaged me that I couldn’t leave because she would not get paid. I then advised them that unfortunately this was not my issue and that I was going to be leaving. One of the staff members gestured that it was Ok for me to leave but the other lady was disagreeing. I again told them I was going to leave and that they had my mobile number to call if there were any issues. Again, I have to make mention that the massage I had was absolutely amazing, no issues there at all. In fact I’m a customer who has visited here numerous times before COVID. I will not be booking via this website again due to this experience.
