I went to the shop and they did not even know I made an online booking. They said it's better to book via phone. I tried calling them so many times before my appointment to confirm only to find out that the phone was disconnected. When I was at the shop, I saw they put their work phone in the drawer with no connection cord. They told me to wait 20 minutes because they weren't aware of my booking. I don't have 20 minutes to waste especially after I made the booking weeks ahead. I left the massage place straight after. SO DISAPPOINTED.
