The service was poor and I just wanted my money. Everything was done in 30 mins. It was so bad. Just regretting

I’m not really sure there is any benefit to prebooking a service! I booked for 6pm, however was just sat down and ignored until 6.20pm. The $45 “deluxe” spa pedicure was meant to go for 45 minutes, but only went for 30 minutes and it was $20 extra to add shellac
