Accountable and Non Judgemental

Yes, you could - but are they trained? And where's the accountability? Will they really give you the 'tough love' you need, and what happens when they don't deliver? You could end up ruining a great friendship.

Paying a personal trainer makes it your personal fitness journey. They are accountable to you and must ensure you get the results you want.

A qualified personal trainer will also be able to advise you on related subjects, such as weight loss and nutrition. They can show you the safest and most effective way to exercise - and they won't judge!

But here's a thought. Why don't you encourage your friend to come too, and you can share the cost of hiring a personal trainer. Now there's an idea to get you motivated!
